Marie Lukáčová graduated from UMPRUM and also studied at FaVU in Brno and Kunstakademie Mainz. She co-founded the feminist group Fourth Wave. Her work focuses on video and video installation, combining elements from politics, mythology, and science. Her films span various times and places, addressing themes of uncertain futures. She has exhibited both in the Czech Republic and abroad, including Wrocław, Ljubljana, and Stuttgart.
